Growthkeel offers the following services:

• Social Media Marketing (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Web Design & Development.
• Website Maintenance.
• Content Marketing & Copywriting.
• Email Marketing & Automation.
• Production Services.

The exact deliverables for your account are outlined in your proposal or service agreement at the start of the engagement.

To deliver results, we ask that you:

• Share accurate and timely information needed for campaign setup and strategy.
• Grant manager-level access to relevant accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, website, analytics, etc.).
• Review deliverables and give feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Confirm that any content, images, or materials you supply are legally yours to use.
• Appoint one main point of contact for sign-offs and communication.

4.1 Rates: Engagements start at $199/month. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal or signed agreement.

4.2 Invoicing: Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are issued monthly in advance, with payment due within 7 days.

4.3 Overdue Payments: Accounts unpaid past 14 days may be paused. A 2% monthly late fee applies to overdue balances.

4.4 No Long-Term Lock-In: We work month-to-month. There's no fixed-term contract unless both parties agree to one in writing, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Every account we build or manage for you — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and any other digital asset — belongs to you from day one and remains yours, including after our engagement ends.

Marketing outcomes depend on your industry, competition, ad budget, and market conditions — much of which sits outside our control. We share past results and benchmarks for context, but we don't promise:

• A guaranteed volume of leads or clicks.
• A fixed return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Top Google rankings by a set date.

What we do promise is our full expertise, honest reporting, and continuous optimization toward your goals.

7.1 Your Brand Assets: You give us a limited license to use your logo, brand materials, and content strictly to deliver the agreed services.

7.2 Campaign Deliverables: Once all invoices are settled, the final deliverables built specifically for you (creatives, landing pages, reports) become your property.

7.3 Our Internal Methods: Any internal frameworks, templates, tools, or processes we use remain Growthkeel's intellectual property.

7.4 Case Studies: Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may reference your company name and general results (like "247% traffic growth") in our portfolio and marketing materials.

We both agree to protect any confidential information — strategies, trade secrets, business data — shared during the engagement. This commitment continues for two years after the engagement ends.

Within the limits allowed by law:

• Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us over the preceding 3 months.
• We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• We're not responsible for changes to Google, Meta, or other platform policies.
• We're not liable for outages or algorithm changes on third-party platforms.

Either side can end the relationship with 30 days' written notice. When that happens:

• Any unpaid invoices become due immediately.
• We hand over documentation and restore full account access within 7 business days.
• We reserve the right to end services immediately for fraud, illegal activity, or serious breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We'll try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion first; if that fails within 30 days, it may go to arbitration or the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Clients in the UK or EU may also be entitled to protections under their local consumer laws, in addition to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material updates will be shared by email or website notice at least 14 days ahead of taking effect. Using our services after that date means you accept the changes.

These Terms, combined with your signed proposal or scope of work, form the complete agreement between you and Growthkeel, replacing any earlier discussions or understandings.

2.1 Information You Give Us Directly:

• Name, email, and phone/WhatsApp number submitted through contact or audit request forms.
• Business name, website URL, industry, and marketing budget details.
• Payment details, handled securely by third-party processors (we never store card numbers).
• Records of our communications — emails, WhatsApp messages, and call notes.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically:

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system.
• Pages viewed, time on site, referral source.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies.
• Approximate location based on IP address.

2.3 Information From Connected Platforms: When you grant us account access to run your campaigns, we may work with data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console; Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram); LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms; and your website's CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and audit requests.
• Build, run, and optimize your campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and walkthrough calls.
• Handle billing and invoicing.
• Send service updates and relevant notices.
• Improve our website and service offering.
• Meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

For clients in the EU or UK, our processing relies on:

• Contractual necessity — to deliver the services you've hired us for.
• Legitimate interest — improving our offering, preventing fraud, running analytics.
• Consent — for marketing emails, which you can withdraw anytime.
• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable regulations.

5.1 What They Are: Cookies are small files stored on your device that help our site function and let us understand visitor behavior.

5.2 Categories We Use:

• Essential — needed for site functionality and security.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the site.
• Marketing — Google Ads and Meta Pixel, for retargeting and measurement.
• Preference — to remember your settings.

5.3 Your Control: Adjust cookie settings through your browser at any time (this may limit some site features). You can opt out of Google Analytics through Google's official opt-out tool.

We only share your data with trusted partners needed to run your campaigns:

• Google LLC (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Gmail).
• Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for billing.
• Internal CRM and project management tools.
• Regulators or authorities, only when legally required.

Every partner is contractually bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Because Growthkeel operates from Pakistan, your data may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers are based, if you're located in the EU, UK, or a similarly regulated region. We use appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

• Client records — kept for the engagement period plus 3 years.
• Inquiry/audit-request data with no follow-up engagement — kept for 12 months.
• Financial records — retained for 7 years per tax regulations.
• Marketing contact data — kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you're located, you may be able to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict how we process your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to processing for legitimate interest or marketing purposes.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
